If you register online between april 1st to 30th and finish your payment
to TKBMA, you will get a discount as early registration.

*The fee includes insurance fee and novelty.

Exception applies to few competition, but most of the competitions are open
to every one with any kind of bike.

How to register in advance.

*Fill out the forms and press "Send" button.
*Confirmation for registration will be sent via e-mail to your registered e-mail address.
*Follow the instruction written in the mail and make your payment (mitsui-sumitomo bank)
*Dates for advance registration April 1st 2008 to April 30th
 (your payments needs to be made during these dates)
*Fee of advanced registration: 3500YEN (this will include insurance and novelty goods)

+ Advanced registration will be closed, once the limit of 150 registrationｓ reached, if this limit is reached, you can register at the day of event at the entrance.

<Day of the event>
Time scheduleｓ and number plate will be given to you by the staff at the entrance.
You must wear the numbers to compete in the competition.

There will be no registration role-call announcement before each events, person who wish to compete must come to the registration area 10min prior to the start of each competition.

*Time of registration is between 9:00 to 12:00
*Fee of registration 5000YEN (this will include insurance and novelty goods)
*Registration for the main race will close when the limit of 250 contestnats reached
*You must wear the numbers to enter the competition.

*Make sure you are on time. Starting time for the each event might change. Please check latest information and time schedule at the information desk.
*Please attach an athletes’ number on your bag and clothe, and also apply a spokecard where visible for the judges.
*Contestants will need to compete with a bicycle that matches Japanese Road Traffic Law.
*All participants must wear helmets for all events.
*No alcohol
*Please follow the staff instruction; otherwise we may have to ask you to leave.
*The entree fee includes the insurance, but there are exceptions like intentional accidents or actions which are responsible for themselves/
*We will not be responsible for thefts or missing items at the event.
*Please do not ride outside designated area
*We will allow no refund.
